We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Document Control Custodian (DCC) with 1 to 3 years of experience to manage, organize, and maintain critical documents in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with construction and shipping documentation and will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and security of internal and external documentation throughout the document lifecycle.

• 4 years of graduate in any related work experience of DCC.

Experience:

• 1 to 3 years of experience as DCC working experience with ISO Standards: Understanding the ISO 9001 standard, KPI, CAR, IQA, MR, and Plans Programs, for quality management systems that ensure compliance with these standards.
• Responsible for managing the company's ISO, Internal and External documents while ensuring their accuracy, quality and integrity. DCC helps to adhere to record retention policies, safeguard information, and retrieve data effectively.
• Scan, image, organize, and maintain documents, adhering to the company’s document life cycle procedures.
• Archive inactive records following the records retention schedule.
• Help the Department develop & maintain documents such as forms, procedures, specifications, approvals and related items.
• 1 to 3 years working experience in Regulatory Requirements: Learn about industry-specific regulations, External auditors, and health and safety laws that apply to construction and shipping documentation.
• Proven work experience as a Document Control Custodian.
• Assist with file migrations, audits and perform administrative tasks as needed.

Skills:

• Familiarity with construction projects and Shipping documents/records management. Knowledgeable in ISO 9001 2015 Quality Management System.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
• Knowledge of Digitalization/Electronic Document Management Systems (DEDMS).
• Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.
• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
• Prepare revision history, master list of documents, External and Internal documents, and reports on projects as needed.
• Must have ISO 9001 Understanding and Awareness Document and Records Control ISO 9001.
