This full-time role is based in Makati CBD and is ideal for a creative professional looking to enhance brand identity, refine digital assets, and contribute to impactful marketing campaigns.

As a Digital Marketing Assistant - Design Focus, you will play a key role in creating visually compelling marketing assets that build a strong and professional brand presence across a group of companies. Your responsibilities will include graphic design for digital marketing campaigns, branding, and marketing collateral, alongside support for email and social media marketing.

• Designing high-quality marketing materials including email templates, social media graphics, website assets, presentations, and brochures
• Ensuring brand consistency across all platforms and campaigns
• Creating professional and visually engaging email marketing assets
• Assisting in the design, layout, and visual optimisation of email marketing campaigns
• Developing infographics, promotional images, and branded templates
• Collaborating with the marketing team to execute branding strategies and refresh brand identity
• Editing and optimising website banners, landing pages, and digital ads
• Assisting in the design and formatting of reports, proposals, and presentations
• Contributing to social media content creation, video editing, and visual storytelling
• Monitoring and analysing visual engagement across digital campaigns

• Proven experience in graphic design and branding - a portfolio showcasing previous work is required
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Figma, etc.)
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Experience in designing email templates and digital marketing materials
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and web design is a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to create polished, professional designs
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple design projects
• Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience with social media content design and visual storytelling is an advantage
