Role: Solution Design Manager

Salary: Php108,000 + Php136,000

Work Schedule: Graveyard Shift

Work Arrangement: Work on site

• Responsible to manage intake process, end-to-end infrastructure solution design, and project oversight.
• Ensures complete solution requirements are understood and defined prior to solution design.
• Responsible for solution design regardless of where service provider, internal and external.
• Creates and maintains Infrastructure Design Document, Build Document, and the other solution design artefacts for projects.
• Establishes and maintain Technology Roadmap and infrastructure standards with support from GIS towers and vendors.

• Graduate of any stream (Preferably MBA)
• Minimum 8 years BPO/BPM experience. 
• Has experience to worked in customer service operations in a managerial role. 
• Prior Solution design experience will be preferred.
• Amenable to work on a graveyard shift.
