Join our dynamic team as a Delivery Rider for our premium meat products! The Delivery Rider is responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of products to customers, managing collection of payments, and proper handling and surrender of delivery documents. The role requires a commitment to service excellence, punctuality, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery Execution: Safely and efficiently transport products to customers as scheduled, ensuring that all deliveries are made accurately and on time.
• Payment Collection: Collect payments from customers upon delivery, when necessary, and issue receipts as confirmation.
• Document Management: Handle delivery-related documents with care, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed, signed, and surrendered according to company protocol.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent service to customers, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring a positive experience with each delivery.
• Vehicle Upkeep: Maintain the delivery vehicle in clean and serviceable condition, reporting any issues or maintenance needs promptly.
• Route Planning: Plan daily routes efficiently, taking into consideration traffic patterns, delivery windows, and route optimization.
• Compliance and Reporting: Comply with all traffic and safety regulations while driving and report any incidents or discrepancies in delivery or collection immediately to supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a delivery rider or in a similar delivery role.
• Strong navigation and driving skills with a clean driving record.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage delivery schedules.
• Good communication and customer service skills to interact positively with customers.
• Basic mathematical skills for handling cash transactions and providing change.
• Familiarity with using mobile devices or systems for delivery tracking.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing schedules.
• Valid motorcycle rider’s license and any other certification required by local law.
