Daily Responsibilities:

• Attending salesman/drivers needs such as supplies, forms, etc.
• Issuing all the necessary receipts needed by the salesman on their field work. (Cash, charge, extra copy and official receipt)
• Checking of petty cash vouchers and diesoline vouchers.
• Encoding of Route Sales and Vehicular report
• Monitoring diesel consumption

Others:

• Encoding letter and memos
• Making the promotional letter given by the outlet as support for their request on different occasion (subject for approval)

Requirements:

• We will provide the List of Requirements once the applicant is tagged as hired.
• At least High School Graduate
• Can drive vehicles with a Valid Professional Driver's License Code (A, B1, B2 or 1, 2, 3)
