About the Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join a Web3-focused initiative supported by SBI Investment. In this role, you will analyze blockchain and product data to generate actionable insights that support investment decisions, product growth, and ecosystem development.

You will work closely with product, engineering, and investment teams to translate complex on-chain and off-chain data into clear business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze on-chain and off-chain data from Web3 products, protocols, and ecosystems

Build and maintain dashboards for tracking KPIs, user behavior, and token metrics

Perform deep-dive analysis on DeFi, NFT, and blockchain activity trends

Support investment teams with data-driven insights and due diligence reports

Identify growth opportunities and risks across Web3 projects and portfolios

Design and automate reporting pipelines using SQL, Python, or BI tools

Monitor token performance, liquidity flows, and market behavior

Collaborate with engineers to ensure data integrity and accessibility

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or similar role

Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy preferred)

Experience with blockchain data tools (e.g., Dune Analytics, Flipside, Nansen, or similar)

Understanding of Web3 concepts: DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, tokenomics

Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to explain complex data in simple business terms
