The Cybersecurity Teacher is responsible for educating and training students in the principles, practices, and applications of cybersecurity. This role involves developing and delivering engaging lessons, teaching practical skills, and preparing students to understand and address real-world digital security challenges. The teacher will foster an environment that encourages problem-solving, ethical decision-making, and continuous learning in the rapidly evolving field of cybersecurity.

• Develop and deliver curriculum on cybersecurity fundamentals, network security, ethical hacking, digital forensics, cloud security, and related topics.
• Teach students how to identify, analyze, and mitigate security risks and cyber threats.
• Provide hands-on training with cybersecurity tools, software, and simulation platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, standards, and threats to ensure curriculum relevance.
• Guide students in projects, labs, and competitions related to cybersecurity.
• Promote safe and ethical use of technology and digital resources.
• Assess student progress through assignments, exams, and practical demonstrations.
• Support students in preparing for industry-recognized certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, etc.).
• Collaborate with colleagues and industry partners to enhance program quality.

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Security+, CEH, CISSP, CISM) are highly preferred.
• Teaching or training experience in cybersecurity or IT-related subjects.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, tools, and practices.
• Excellent communication, instructional, and mentoring skills.
