Position Overview

RecruitGo is seeking a Senior Project Manager who will act as the “CEO of the Client Account.”

In this role, you will serve as the strategic bridge between our clients and internal production teams (SEO, Paid Media, and Content). You will ensure campaigns are delivered on time, performance is clearly communicated, and client relationships are nurtured toward long-term retention and renewal.


Responsibilities: 

Client Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for 10–15 B2B client accounts
  • Lead monthly reporting calls and strategic planning sessions
  • Communicate performance results clearly and confidently to stakeholders


Project Delivery

  • Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, Paid Media, Creative) to ensure timely and on-scope execution
  • Manage workflows and timelines using Asana or similar project management tools
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations


Retention & Renewal

  • Monitor overall client health and proactively address risks
  • Identify at-risk accounts early and implement corrective action plans
  • Lead contract renewal discussions to secure long-term partnerships


Upselling & Growth

  • Identify opportunities to expand client services (e.g., adding Paid Media to SEO clients)
  • Present strategic recommendations and pitch account upgrades


Requirements:

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency (required)
  • Strong understanding of agency retainers and client lifecycle management


Domain Knowledge

  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals (keywords, backlinks, rankings)
  • Working knowledge of Paid Media metrics (ROAS, CPA, conversion tracking)
  • Ability to interpret reports and explain results to non-technical stakeholders


Communication

  • C1/C2 level English proficiency
  • Confident communicator capable of leading discussions with Marketing Directors in the US, UK, and Australia
  • Strong ability to handle challenging conversations professionally


Organization & Systems

  • Mastery of project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or Jira
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and deadline management

  • Salary: 50,000 - 70,000 Php (Gross) Performance incentives are included as part of the benefits.
  • Work Set up: Hybrid in BCG LGO Connects (pitch meeting with clients and Thai team (if they are in the Philippines) will be mandatory for onsite)
