Your Role:

Respond to patient inquiries through calls and emails, and manage appointment confirmations

Support referral processing, pre-authorizations, and follow-up requests

Maintain and update patient records while ensuring HIPAA compliance

Prepare, generate, and send medical reports

Job Requirements

• Open to high school graduates, college undergraduates, and degree holders

• No experience needed — previous experience is an advantage

• Strong communication skills required

• Onsite work setup located in McKinley, Taguig
