• with more than 1 years of experience in International voice account

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional, efficient manner.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures.
