We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Retirement Line of Business team. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries related to retirement plans, account information, withdrawals, and policy details. You will handle inbound calls, provide accurate information, process requests efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Must be a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or have completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects

• With Banking/Financial/Billing/Insurance experience

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to work onsite in Taguig.

• Willing to work on night shift schedule
