We are seeking a proactive, sales-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Sales Representative. This role goes beyond handling inquiries—it is about building strong customer relationships, driving sales opportunities, and ensuring an exceptional customer journey. The position will involve engaging with customers across multiple channels including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and our e-commerce platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, messages, and comments across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and e-commerce channels.
  • Address product questions, order concerns, returns, and general inquiries while actively promoting product features and upselling or cross-selling when relevant.
  • Monitor social media and e-commerce platforms daily to ensure timely, friendly, and solution-focused interactions.
  • Convert inquiries into sales opportunities by recommending suitable products, promotions, and bundles.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while ensuring consistent follow-up until resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and orders.
  • Provide feedback on recurring issues, customer preferences, and market trends to help improve customer experience and sales strategies.
  • Support marketing initiatives by engaging with online communities, encouraging reviews/testimonials, and promoting campaigns or new launches.
  • Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction, response time, and sales conversion targets.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or social media community management is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a persuasive yet customer-friendly approach.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple conversations across different platforms efficiently.
  • Customer-oriented, empathetic, and solutions-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with social media trends, digital marketing, and basic e-commerce operations.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated to contribute to both customer satisfaction and sales growth.
