Compensation: Php 62,000 – 70,000 (Total Package)

About the Role

We are looking for a German Bilingual Associate to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll provide exceptional customer support and communication in German while collaborating with internal teams. You’ll also use your English communication skills as a secondary language to ensure smooth interactions.

Qualifications

 Education: College Graduate or Completed at least 1st Year in College

 Experience: Minimum of 18 months BPO experience

 Language Skills:

• Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading German
• Conversant in English as a secondary language

 Work Setup: Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City
