Position: Financial Customer Service Representative (Online interview only +Open for undergraduate)

Salary: Php25,000-Php30,000

Work Set Up: Onsite (Monday -Friday)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

1. College undergraduate can apply
2. With at least 18 months of experience as CSR
3. With experience in Financial/ Fraud/Telco/Banking is a plus
4. Can attend virtual interview
5. Willing to work on site in Taguig (also have branch in Muntinlupa)
