Salary: ₱25,000 per month

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months BPO experience
• Any educational attainment
• Good communication skills
• Willing to work onsite (WFH incentive for top-performing tenured agents)

Job Description:

• Handle travel-related inquiries via voice and non-voice channels
• Assist customers with bookings, changes, and general concerns
• Provide accurate information and ensure excellent customer service
• Maintain proper documentation and meet performance targets
