We are looking for Collections Associates to join our Australian Telco Collections Account. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to start a career in customer service and collections, even without prior BPO experience. Successful candidates will handle customer accounts, assist with billing concerns, and ensure timely payments while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via phone or other communication channels to discuss outstanding balances and payment arrangements.
• Account Management: Review customer accounts, identify overdue payments, and provide solutions to help customers settle their obligations.
• Negotiation: Work with customers to establish repayment plans that are fair and achievable.
• Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions, agreements, and account updates in the system.
• Compliance: Follow company policies, Australian telco regulations, and data privacy standards.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with team members and supervisors to meet collection targets and maintain service quality.
• Customer Service: Provide professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented support to maintain positive customer relationships.
