Sales Representative / Customer Service Representative (CSR) – BPO

A Sales Representative CSR in a BPO setting is responsible for handling customer interactions, promoting products or services, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. This role combines sales expertise with customer support skills to meet business targets and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction & Support
• Answer inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chat inquiries from customers.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.

• Sales & Revenue Generation
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
• Upsell or cross-sell additional offerings to maximize revenue.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Convert leads into successful sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Problem Resolution
• Address billing, account, or service-related issues.
• Escalate complex cases to higher-level teams when required.
• Ensure timely follow-up and case closure.

• Documentation & Reporting
• Log customer interactions and sales activities in CRM/ticketing systems.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and conversations.
• Generate reports on sales performance, call metrics, and customer feedback.

• Team Collaboration
• Work closely with peers and supervisors to achieve team goals.
• Share customer insights and suggestions for service improvement.
• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

• College Graduate
• With 6-12 months BPO sales Account Experience
