Customer Service Representative

IGT is currently looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Travel Account team as Customer Service Representatives. You will be responsible for providing outstanding service to travelers, assisting with bookings, inquiries, and resolving travel-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via calls, chat, or email
• Assist customers with travel-related concerns including bookings, cancellations, rebookings, and general inquiries
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and professional service at all times
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel policies, procedures, and promotions
• Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service

Qualifications:

Alabang Site (Pioneering Account)

• Minimum of 6 months BPO experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Amenable to shifting schedules
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang

Mandaluyong Site (Blended Account)

• Minimum of 12 months BPO experience
• Experience handling blended accounts is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong
