WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Assist customers through phone, email and chat regarding product inquiries, pricing orders and delivery updates
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM
• Resolve concerns and provide appropriate solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams and branches
• Monitor pending cases and escalate when needed

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Open to fresh grads without experience
• At least high school graduate
• Customer service experience in any field is a plus
• Able to communicate in English and Filipino
