We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our team! The CSR will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing accurate assistance. This position is open for fresh graduates or college undergraduates. No BPO experience required!

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries and provide information on products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and support objectives.

Location: Ortigas - Onsite

Qualifications:

• Good to Excellent communication skills
• Open to HS (Old Curriculum)/SHS Graduates, College Undergraduates, and Fresh Grads
• Willing to work Onsite on Ortigas.
