About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Customer Service Representatives. This position is open to fresh graduates and those looking to start a rewarding career in customer service. No BPO experience required — we provide full training!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls
• Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and service-related questions
• Provide accurate information and excellent support at all times
• Document interactions and follow processes accordingly
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during customer interactions

Qualifications:

• Open to fresh graduates of any course
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig
• Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Basic computer navigation skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
