Job Overview

Join our Ride Sharing Account Lyft Bikes and Scooters and provide top-notch support to riders and drivers. You will assist customers with inquiries ride concerns and account-related issues through calls or chat ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all users.

Key Responsibilities

Assist riders and drivers with inquiries about rides, accounts, and payments through calls or chat. Resolve service issues, process refunds or adjustments, and escalate concerns when necessary. Ensure a positive and smooth experience for all users.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months BPO experience for shifters
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written
• Willing to work onsite in Sucat, Paranaque
• Open to High School Old Curriculum or ALS Graduates
• Amenable to shifting schedules including weekends and holidays

Salary and Benefits

Salary PHP 20, 850 per month
