Job Summary:

The Non-Voice Account Associate is responsible for handling customer inquiries, requests, and concerns through written communication channels such as email, chat, and social media. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in every interaction, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately via chat, email, or other non-voice platforms.
• Provide information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and courteous communication.
• Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time, quality, and productivity.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies.
• Protect customer information and adhere to data privacy and security protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and service quality.

Qualifications:

• At least a Senior High School graduate, Associate, or Bachelor’s degree holder in any field.
• With or without prior BPO experience (experience in a non-voice or email/chat support role is an advantage).
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in typing and computer navigation.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
