- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers with inquiries; resolve issues; provide product information; handle transactions.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; may require shift work, including evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, patient, and empathetic; proactive and adaptable; strong attention to detail.
