Qualifications:

• HS (Old Curriculum), SHS, or College Graduate
• With or without BPO experience
• Strong English communication skills
• Willing to work on-site in Cebu

• Provide accurate and timely assistance to customers via phone, chat, or email
• Resolve inquiries, concerns, and account-related issues professionally
• Maintain detailed and updated records of customer interactions in the system
