Salary Package: PHP 20,000

Sign-On Bonus: PHP 15,000

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School, or College Level/Graduate
• Good English communication skills
• Open to applicants with or without BPO experience
• Must be willing to work onsite

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
• Ensure a positive and seamless customer experience
• Document all interactions properly
