Qualifications:

• HS / SHS Graduate — with at least 1 year of BPO International Voice experience
• OR Completed 2 years in college — with at least 6 months of BPO International Voice experience
• Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong English communication skills (C1 level)
• Excellent problem-solving & analytical abilities
• Customer service–oriented and detail-focused
• Great interpersonal and communication skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate solutions
• Assist customers with account or product-related concerns
• Ensure a positive and professional customer experience
• Identify issues, troubleshoot, and escalate when necessary
• Maintain service quality and meet performance metrics

Work Requirements:

• Willing to work onsite
• Amenable to shifting schedules
• Can start immediately!
