Qualifications

High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / SHS Graduate / ALS Graduate
With or without BPO experience (Freshers welcome!)
Excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Handles inbound calls for a home security service provider
Assists customers with account inquiries, billing, and service requests
Provides basic troubleshooting for alarm systems and security devices
Guides customers on system usage, upgrades, and scheduling technicians
Ensures customer safety concerns are addressed accurately and promptly
