• Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
• Assist with inquiries, orders, troubleshooting, refunds, and escalations
• Deliver friendly, clear, and professional service over the phone

Requirements

• College graduate or undergraduate (any course)
• Excellent English communication skills – clear, neutral accent & confident on calls
• Patient, empathetic, good listening skills
• Willing to work shifting schedules (including graveyard, weekends, holidays)
• Willing to work onsite
