Position: CSR – Sales

Salary Package: PHP 28,000

Plus opportunities for promotion within the LOB (earn up to 35K)

Retention Bonus: 25K

Who Can Apply?

Senior High School Graduate OR Completed 2 Years in College

— Must have at least 3 months BPO experience (International Voice – Technical)

High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / ALS Graduate

— Must have 2 years BPO experience (International Voice)

Computer literate

Willing to work onsite

Comfortable with shifting schedules & graveyard shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Recommend and upsell products that match customer needs.
• Process orders, account updates, and transactions efficiently.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive experience on every call.
• Meet sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
