Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (Voice/Non-Voice) to join our growing support team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests via voice (calls) and/or non-voice channels (email, chat, and social media). Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate, timely, and helpful responses.

Key Responsibilities:

Voice Support:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries efficiently and professionally.
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and product/service-related issues.
• Provide accurate product and service information.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors.

Non-Voice Support (Chat/Email/Social Media):

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, or social media platforms.
• Document interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Provide step-by-step guidance for product use or troubleshooting.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through clear, polite, and empathetic communication.
