We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team in Concentrix Cebu – Banawa and IT Park sites. As part of our Logistics Account, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support through phone, chat, or email.

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to logistics, shipments, and delivery status.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer issues.
• Document customer interactions and transactions in the system accurately.
• Meet performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, response time, and call quality.
• Uphold company policies and ensure excellent customer experience at all times.

• High School Graduate (College Level/Graduate preferred).
• With or without BPO/call center experience – training will be provided.
• Strong communication skills in English (oral and written).
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Amenable to work onsite (Banawa or IT Park, Cebu City).
• Tech-savvy with basic computer navigation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
