• Answer and manage customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information, support, and solutions to clients
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude in every interaction
• Document customer interactions and transactions properly
• Collaborate with the team to meet performance goals

Qualifications:

• At least High School (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School (K-12) Graduate
• No customer service experience required – fresh graduates are welcome!
• Good communication skills (both oral and written)
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Willing to work onsite
