In this role, you will provide excellent customer service to international clients by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering effective solutions in both English and Japanese. • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in both English and Japanese.
• Provide accurate, timely, and professional responses to resolve customer concerns.
• Assist with account management, technical troubleshooting, and service inquiries.
• Document and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences by maintaining empathy, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.

• Proficiency in English and Japanese (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or BPO is an advantage but not required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
