The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about products and services. The role involves managing incoming calls, delivering excellent customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining professionalism and adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, chats, or emails from customers.
• Address customer inquiries and provide accurate product/service information.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Document customer interactions and transactions in the system.
• Follow up on customer requests to ensure resolution.
• Adhere to quality and performance standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on policies.

Qualifications

• College Graduate (with or without experience)
• Completed at least 2 years in College with 6 months Customer Service related work experience
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
