Job Description:

We’re looking for enthusiastic and tech-savvy individuals to join our growing customer service team!

As a Call Center Agent, you’ll handle inbound and/or outbound calls, assist customers with their inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide outstanding service — all while representing top global brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer concerns and questions via phone calls
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Document customer interactions using internal systems
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
• Maintain a positive and professional tone in every interaction

• At least 18 years old
• Completed Senior High School (or High School under the old curriculum)
• Good English communication skills
• Basic tech knowledge (navigating computers, troubleshooting apps/devices)
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Amenable to shifting schedules and working onsite or hybrid (depending on site)
