Bristol is seeking a Credit & Collection / Credit Investigator who will play a vital role in maintaining healthy customer accounts and minimizing financial risks. The successful candidate will handle credit investigations, account monitoring, and collections, ensuring that clients comply with the company’s credit policies and payment terms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct credit investigations and background checks for new and existing clients.
• Evaluate creditworthiness and recommend appropriate credit limits.
• Monitor account receivables and ensure timely collection of payments.
• Coordinate with clients to resolve billing concerns and discrepancies.
• Prepare credit and collection reports for management review.
• Maintain accurate and updated client credit records.
• Support the sales team by assessing credit risks before order approvals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in credit and collection, credit investigation, or related roles (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply).
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• With valid driver’s license (an advantage).
• Willing to travel or conduct field investigations as needed.
