Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cost engineering or project controls
• Proficiency in cost estimation and control software (e.g., Primavera, CostX)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
• Experience with large-scale engineering or construction projects
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Professional certification (e.g., CCP, AACE) is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project cost estimates
• Monitor and control project budgets and expenditures
• Conduct cost risk assessments and value engineering analyses
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure financial objectives are met
• Evaluate contractor and supplier bids for cost accuracy
• Track changes in project scope and update cost forecasts
• Prepare cost reports and present findings to stakeholders
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
• Support procurement and contract negotiation processes
