The Sales Executive will work under the Sales Department of the company, and will promote roofing materials to various clients. The position involves seeking prospects, responding to leads, and maintaining/expanding relationships with existing clients.

The Sales Executive is expected to go through the entire sales process, including visits, follow up, negotiation, closing of contracts, and collection.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree
• Familiarity or exposure to construction industry is an advantage
• With effective communication and negotiation skills
• Willing to be trained
• Honest and trustworthy
• Willing to engage in fieldwork/official business to close sales
• Willing to work from Monday to Saturday (8am to 5pm)
• Preferably owns a Motorcycle or can drive
