Açıklama

The Sales Executive in our Corporate Sales Team is responsible for acquiring and maintaining customers for the business. The main purpose of the job is selling and meeting the needs of customers. Work involves pursuing new clients, assisting in setting up meetings, trying to reach contract deals with them.

The Sales Executive travels frequently, visiting and meeting with current customers and prospective clients.


ACQUISITION OF CUSTOMERS

  • Sources prospective clients like schools, corporate companies, institutional government offices, etc.
  • Identifies and develops new business through networking and courtesy follow up
  • Inquires on customer/client's need and find a way to serve it. Presents samples as much as possible.
  • Understands customer's diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs
  • Prepares and delivers customer presentations and demonstration of the product articulately and confidently


CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • Demonstrates a true passion to customer service by proactively seeking ways to delight the client and going above and beyond.
  • Maintains consistent excellent service to existing clients ensuring to be their first priority supplier for their needs and requirements
  • Maintains the good relationship and contact with clients to ensure high level of client satisfaction. Receives and resolves customer complaints and problems in a timely manner


SAP-RELATED

  • Contacts Merchandising to check whether the sourcing of the item is feasible and the expected lead time during inquiry
  • Obtains customer and requested item details for special order during inquiry
  • Requests creation of the customer master data in the system to the AR Assistant/Assistant Accounting Manager for AR (for Corp. Sales and Store Ops) within the day
  • Processes and collects customer Down Payment and creates SO and PRC (if applicable) upon receipt of the down payment
  • Processes cancellations and refunds, if applicable, within the day

Gereklilik

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or any related course
  • Efficient, organized and keen to details
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Can establish and maintain good interpersonal relationship with new and existing customers
  • With relevant experience in Sales, Customer Service and Accounts Management



Contract Status: Probationary

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Work Location: NBS Cubao Office near Gateway Mall
