About the role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Article Moderator/Proofreader/Editor to join our team at iOPEX Technologies Philippines Inc. in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality content by reviewing, editing, and moderating articles before publication.

What you'll be doing

• Carefully review and proofread articles, ensuring proper grammar, spelling, punctuation, and adherence to style guidelines
• Provide constructive feedback to writers and make necessary edits to improve the clarity, coherence, and flow of the content
• Moderate user-generated content, such as comments and reviews, to maintain a positive and professional online presence
• Collaborate with the editorial team to maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all published content
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content editing and moderation
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our content quality and review processes

What we're looking for

• Excellent command of the English language, with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to identify and correct errors quickly
• Experience in content moderation, with a keen eye for appropriate and professional content
• Familiarity with editorial style guides and the ability to apply them consistently
• Strong research and analytical skills to understand the context and intent of the content
• Ability to work collaboratively with writers and the editorial team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Graduate of English, Journalism, Communication or other related courses (preferred)
