Job Responsibilities:
To plan and create the whole year digital marketing campaign calendar;
To generate quality and effective marketing content including photography/videography editing on property branding and advertising;
To identify and implement effective property development marketing trends and insights;
To strategize, collaborate and coordinate third party marketing company e.g. agency, event organizer etc;
To study and implement digital media best practices for conversion;
To utilize Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tools as per required result;
To perform and implement copywriting skills at professional level as per intended results;
To analyze, evaluate and improved marketing campaigns e.g. festivals, seasonals;
To perform comprehensive digital media data analysis and market survey;
To be able to establish goals and performance indicators;
To stay up to date with emerging digital marketing tools and technologies for creative and impactful marketing posts;
To plan and manage the Company’s social media accounts and marketing/digital marketing activities including designing posters and graphic material;
To perform any other ad hoc/ additional responsibility as assigned by the Management from time to time in its sole and absolute discretion deem fit.
Job Requirements:
Tertiary level education in Bachelor degree, post graduate or professional qualification in Marketing/Business Administration or any related field.
Good command of written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English, preferably able to converse in Third language.
Strong computer design and copywriting skills including Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point etc.), Graphic Design software and databases e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop etc.
High responsibility and able to work independently in sensitive and confidential nature, result oriented, proactive and initiative idea, positive attitude, flexible and able to work under pressure.
Strong knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) and willingness to explore new technologies.
Proficiency in CapCut and Canva for video editing and design.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
At least three (3) year(s) of digital Sales & Marketing working experience preferably in Property Development.
