JC Premiere Business International Inc. is seeking a dedicated Compliance Officer to join our team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As Compliance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our organization adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. This is a full-time position that will be instrumental in safeguarding the integrity of our financial services operations.

What you'll be doing

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive compliance programs to mitigate regulatory risks
• Conducting regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance issues
• Assist employees on compliance-related matters
• Serving as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies and collaborating with them to address any compliance concerns
• Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Preparing detailed reports on the company's compliance standing for senior management
• Advising on the implementation of policies and procedures to enhance the company's compliance level

What we're looking for

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a compliance or risk management role
• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, law, or a related field
