CORE FUNCTIONS:

1. Assist in ensuring compliance with government and regulatory requirements (SEC, BIR, LGU, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
2. Prepare, monitor, and track permits, licenses, registrations, and renewal across company entities.
3. Maintain organized compliance records, contracts, and official documents
4. Coordinate with internal teams, government offices, and external partners for compliance-related matters
5. Support compliance needs related to e-commerce platforms, logistics operations, and service agreements
6. Assist in internal compliance checks, reports, and documentation
7. Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
8. Perform other compliance and administrative tasks as assigned.
