HR Executive (人事部执行员)
Be the face of HR — support employees with questions on HR policies, processes, and tools, work through their requests with practical solutions, and follow through until each request is fully resolved.
Creates a positive employee experience via onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, and staff mobility in a smooth and caring way.
Ensures regulatory compliance, smooth audits, and supports data-driven HR planning.
Aligns employee support across HR functions such as payroll, rewards, and talent teams to support seamless, end-to-end HR services.
Supports HR governance and builds organizational internal and external audits ready.
Spot things that can be better — and support HR improvement projects from the ground up.
Make sure all personal data is handled responsibly and kept confidential.
Partner with group shared services and business units to deliver consistent HR support across the organization.

Travel regionally to support rollouts, projects, and employee transitions across our Asia locations.
Learn how HR works in different countries — policies, labor laws, and cultural nuances.

Build your path toward HRBP, regional HR, or specialist roles over time.
Gereklilik
1–2 years of HR experience (Fresh grads with strong HR interest are welcome!).
Diploma or equivalent qualifications.
Comfortable using HR digital tools and platforms.
Willing to engage people, build connections, and support teams regularly.
Able to commute to Puchong, Selangor.
Open to regional travel when needed for work or projects.
Added Advantage (Not a Must, but Nice to Have!)
Exposure to HR audits, reporting, or documentation.
Hands-on with onboarding, offboarding, or staff movement.
Familiar with HR compliance or labor laws.
Experience working in shared services or fast-paced environments.
Mandarin language proficiency IS A MUST – able to read, write, speak, and listen to support and handle bilingual documentation when needed.
