• Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
• Conduct market research to ensure competitive pay and benefits offerings.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in a compensation and benefits role.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in HRIS, payroll management, and employee benefits administration.
