• Willing to work full onsite in commonwealth 
• Graduate of BS Nursing
• Preferably a Registered Nurse
• Atleast 1 year experience in the clinical field
• Expertise in Occupational Safety and Health guidelines
• Experience in organizing and planning meetings for executives and managers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate with other nationalities
• Proficiency in MS Suite

Job Description

• Assist and assess sick/injured employees as needed.
• Administer first aid treatment and dispense medications to employees as needed.
• Conducts inventory of medicines and other supplies every month
• Check, verify and approve submitted medical certificates for employees filed Sick Leave before endorsing to the HR team.
• Interpret and evaluate diagnostic tests based on the verification of medical certificates
• Provides support to HR Services team in matters involving HMO
• Prepare and submit DOLE WAIR monthly
• Prepare and submit DOLE BQR monthly
• Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health (OHS) guidelines in the workplace
• Orders office supplies and researching new deals and suppliers
• Receive, sort, arrange and inventory of supplies regularly
• Monitor consumption of supplies for stores monthly
• Assist Managers as needed
• Provides support for RPM food-tasting
• Answer and direct phone calls
