• Registered Nurse with active PRC License
• With BOSH for Nurses (OHNAP) training/certificates
• Advanced training in Occupational Nursing (advantage)
• Occupational Nursing approach, medical protocols, and DOLE/DOH requirements
• Basic and advanced First Aid, emergency response, and occupational safety standards
• 3–5 years of experience as a Company Nurse, preferably in a Manufacturing Company
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lead health-related programs and initiatives

Description:

• Provide medical care and immediate response to employees’ health concerns, accidents, and emergencies.
• Lead monitoring of employee health and wellness, including PEME, APE, sick leave, and fit-to-work clearances, ensuring confidentiality.
• Supervise the maintenance of medical records, clinic reports, and documentation in compliance with government and company requirements.
• Coordinate with the company physician and external healthcare providers to ensure timely and proper medical support.
• Oversee inventory management of clinic supplies, medicines, and equipment, ensuring readiness at all times.
• Prepare, accomplish, and submit health-related reports to government agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, DOH, DOLE) as required.
• Develop and conduct health education, training, and wellness programs for employees.
• Provide guidance to junior clinic staff (if any) in handling medical cases and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, and recommend improvements to management.
• Carries out additional responsibilities within the scope of skills and experience, as directed by top management.
