Responsibilities

Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Transportation: Safely drive company vehicles (cars, vans, trucks) to transport staff, clients, products, or equipment to designated locations.
• Route Planning: Use GPS and local knowledge to plan the most efficient routes, adjusting for traffic or road closures.
• Loading/Unloading: Assist in securely loading and unloading cargo, luggage, or materials.
• Customer Service: Maintain a professional demeanor, assist passengers, and address any journey-related queries or issues. 

Vehicle & Maintenance

• Inspections: Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip checks (tires, fluids, brakes) and report any defects or maintenance needs.
• Maintenance: Keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and in optimal working condition, arranging for servicing when necessary. 

Documentation & Reporting

• Logs: Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, expenses, and trip details.
• Reporting: Document accidents, damage, or violations and report them to management immediately. 

Safety & Compliance

• Traffic Laws: Strictly follow all traffic laws, regulations, and company safety policies.
• Safety Standards: Adhere to all national and company safety standards during operation and handling.
