Safely drive company personnel, clients, and materials to designated locations as instructed.
Ensure timely arrival and departure according to assigned schedules and itineraries.
Conduct daily inspection of the vehicle (fuel, oil, water, brakes, tires, lights, etc.) before use.
Keep the vehicle clean, both inside and outside, at all times.
Report any mechanical issues or needed repairs immediately to the supervisor.
Ensure the vehicle is properly serviced and maintained (regular check-ups, registration, insurance, etc.).
Follow all traffic laws, road regulations, and company safety policies.
Ensure the proper use of seat belts and safety measures for passengers and cargo.
Safely transport and deliver machines, equipment, and other company products to clients, branches, or designated sites.
Assist in loading and unloading of machines, materials, and other items ensuring proper handling to avoid damage.
Secure delivery receipts, waybills, and related documents for record-keeping and submission.
Maintain a logbook of daily trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents.
Submit accurate records of deliveries, transport activities, and fuel usage.
Practice courtesy, patience, and professionalism with passengers, clients, and the public.
Maintain confidentiality of company operations, documents, and conversations overheard while on duty.
Be punctual, reliable, and available for duties as scheduled.
Run errands or perform messenger tasks when assigned by management.
Provide transport support during company events, functions, or emergencies.
Other duties and responsibilities that may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
